FREE Meditation & Yoga (Wednesdays at 5-5:45pm, Sept 13-Dec 13)

Are you feeling stressed and want a way to relax? Come to the Counseling Center’s Meditation & Yoga drop-in group!  We will alternate between teaching meditation, mindfulness, breathing, and gentle yoga techniques to improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

  • What: UIC Student Meditation & Yoga
  • When: Wednesdays at 5-5:45pm, Sept 13-Dec 13
  • Where: Sport & Fitness Center, 828 S. Wolcott
  • Who: open to UIC students only, all levels welcome
  • Space: Space is limited and on a first-come first-served basis
  • Dress: please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in
  • Attendance:  This is an open group so feel free to attend any week- no RSVP needed
  • Cost: Free!
