Welcome to the College of Nursing! You all should be incredibly proud of your accomplishments and we can't wait to see you begin this next step. We are UCONSA, the Urban Health Program College of Nursing Student Association. UCONSA is the student organization of the Urban Health Program, which was created by the Illinois State Legislature in 1978 in response to health inequities largely affecting the African American, Native American, and Latino populations.
